NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe and Advanced Design Solutions Inc. officials today announced the auto supplier will invest $10 million and create nearly 180 jobs in Lawrenceburg.
Advanced Design Solutions will locate its operations in part of the former Murray Ohio Manufacturing Company facility at 100 Hicks Street in Lawrenceburg. Once it has completed renovations, the company anticipates it will start production in June 2019.
Headquartered in Ontario, Canada, Advanced Design Solutions manufactures steel shipping racks for the auto industry. The company also operates a facility in Middletown, Ohio.
Since 2015, TNECD has supported eight economic development projects in Lawrence County. These projects represent nearly 800 job commitments and approximately $43 million in private capital investment.
