Overdue tax payments have increased with the publication of delinquent taxpayers’ names on social media – Lawrence County Government’s website and Facebook page. Prior to this year, names were published in local newspapers and received much less response.
Postings are updated regularly minus the names of those who have paid their tax bills. Today’s publication is another update and reflects new payments.
