A hearing previously scheduled for February 13 has been reset for March 12 at 9 a.m. regarding default judgment against delinquent taxpayers for 2021 and prior years.
At this hearing, Lawrence County will ask for a default judgment against these delinquent property taxpayers. Defendants may appear and make a defense, or may have liens dismissed against their property by paying all outstanding taxes, penalties, and other costs.
