NOTICE TO COUNTY EMPLOYEES

The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act of 2024 allows employers to only send 1095-C forms to employees that request them. If you are needing the 1095 form for tax filing purposes, you may request a copy from Kristy or Pamela at the budget office.

The 1095-C form is the form that was mailed in previous years to your home address that indicated your health insurance coverage for the year.
