ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
ITB packets will be available for pick-up at the Lawrence County Office of Accounts and Budgets, located at 700 Mahr Avenue, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464 on, Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
Bids will be opened and read aloud at a Purchasing Committee Meeting held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 4:30 pm CST in the 2nd floor conference room of the Lawrence County Administrative Center, 200 West Gaines Street, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464 to open and read RFQ’s aloud.
Lawrence County Government will not purchase, contract or receive services from any firm or individual whose business tax or license is delinquent (Acts 1957, Tennessee Code Annotated, 5-14-108).
Bid evaluations shall be available as soon as possible after ITB date, or 10 days after date of ITB, whichever shall come first. The Director of Accounts & Budgets must receive protests in writing within 10 days after the evaluations are available for viewing.
The Lawrence County Purchasing Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
