Lawrence County Government will receive sealed Proposals for the Correctional Mobile Dental Services. You can access the Request for Proposal (RFP) packet here.
Proposals must be received by 12:00 p.m. on May 28, 2025. Late Proposals will be neither considered nor returned. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award a contract based upon the best value for Lawrence County. This is a request for proposal, not a competitive proposal process.
Proposers assume the risk of the method of delivery chosen. Lawrence County assumes no responsibility for delays caused by any delivery services. Postmarking by the due date will not substitute for actual proposal receipt by Lawrence County. A proposer’s failure to submit its proposal package prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be rejected. Late proposals will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
