Bids submitted after 10/06/25 @ 12:00 pm will not be considered. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and not award this project to any bidder. Lawrence County further reserves the right to reject any bid that is determined to be non-responsive. Lawrence County reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder who previously has performed unsatisfactorily for Lawrence County or any other governmental agency. This is a request for bid, not a competitive bid process.
