John Bradley

Johnathan Bradley

District 5

John Bradley represents the 5th District in Lawrence County, which includes citizens in south Lawrenceburg, Leoma, and Gandy.

Bradley is a lifelong resident of Lawrence County, and a graduate of Lawrence County High School, the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy, Columbia State Community College, and Middle Tennessee State University. He is a member of the Tennessee Juvenile Court Services Association, Child Protective Investigative Team (CPIT), and was a member of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lawrence Class of 2019. He serves on the County’s Beer Board, and on the Commission’s Economic Development/Tourism/Non-profit, Resolution, Solid Waste, and Utilities/Energy Efficiency Committees.

He and his wife, Annie, have three children, Alli, Jayden, and Poppy.

It’s these children, he says, that inspired his decision to run.

“I’ve always enjoyed serving my community, with the District Attorney’s office, and now with the General Sessions and Juvenile Courts. But when I became a father, I realized I could no longer sit on the sidelines. I need to work with my fellow citizens to build a future for Lawrence County where our children can be successful.”

Bradley believes government transparency and more inclusive representation are necessary to build a Lawrence County for everyone.
