Attention Delinquent Tax Payers
There has been a Civil Action Lawsuit, Docket #23-20525, filed in Chancery Court against all listed 2021 delinquent taxpayers. Each property owner will be served with a Summons and Notice. The Chancery Court wants to give all 2021 delinquent taxpayers the opportunity to come by the Clerk and Master’s office between now and July 31st to sign and accept service. We are located inside the Court House on the 2nd floor. By doing this, you will prevent extra fees, publications, and/or a sheriff’s deputy from coming to your home or business.
