We are getting serious about litter, but there’s no reason we can’t have a little fun along the way.
Many of us are passionate about keeping Lawrence County clean. We pick up litter near our homes, lecture children about keeping wrappers inside the car, and get discouraged by the eyesores we see across our county.
Where does the fun come in?
By approaching the problem as a group of like-minded people who support one another and tackle projects as a team. Teamwork makes the dream work, after all.
We are looking for passionate people who want to be part of Keep LawCo Beautiful, an affiliate of Keep Tennessee Beautiful. As an affiliate, we’ll have access to resources and training about litter prevention, community greening, and recycling and waste reduction education. We can also learn from 34 other cities and counties in the state that are affiliates of KTnB.
