Resolution 20260728-04 – Adopted the certified tax rate. Resolution 20260728-05 – Approved non-profit and charitable contributions. Resolution 20260728-06 – Approved the distribution of Hotel-Motel Tax funds. Resolution 20260728-07 – Approved the allocation of a portion of the Opioid Abatement Settlement Funds.
Resolution 20260728-08 – Fixed the Lawrence County property tax levy for Fiscal Year 2026–2027. Resolution 20260728-09 – Adopted the Fiscal Year 2026–2027 operating budget for Lawrence County. Resolution 20260728-10 – Confirmed the appointment of Lynn King to the Lawrence County Public Library Board. Resolution 20260728-11 – Established a one-year Dead Stock Removal Relief Fund for Lawrence County livestock producers. Resolution 20260728-12 – Authorized an agreement with the Tennessee Advanced Communications Network for the construction of a communications tower at the Jason Dickey Fire Training Center.
