Angie Jacobs is a lifelong resident of Lawrence County and a proud 1982 graduate of Lawrence County High School. She has called the Henryville and Center communities home since 1991 and is proud to be part of such great communities filled with hardworking, caring, and dedicated people.
Angie retired from Lawrence County Government after 11 years of service. During her time with the county, she worked in several areas, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, workers’ compensation, and safety compliance. She also brings more than 20 years of experience working in the private sector, giving her a broad understanding of both county government and the private sector.
Angie is very honored and humbled to have been elected Lawrence County Commissioner for District 12. She is committed to listening to the citizens she represents, being accessible to the community, and working to serve Lawrence County with dedication and integrity.
