My name is Will Burnett, and I was born in Lawrence County and lived here my whole life. I currently live in district 18 and lived there since 2009.
I graduated from Lawrence County High School in 2003. I received my Bachelors from the University of North Alabama in 2011 with a concentration in History. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Public History and will graduate within the coming months.
My wife Brooke and I were married in 2009. We have three boys currently ages 8, 6, and 1.
I have served in Gandy Volunteer Fire Department since the age of 14. I have always had a desire to help my community in any way possible. I hope as commissioner I can continue to serve to better Lawrence County for all current and future residents.
